Manufacturing Production plant Horodok

Horodok

This history of the plant began in 2003 with the purchase of the Collective Farm, which already had its own small apple processing factory. 800 tons of apples were processed in the first season.

In 2004, processing equipment was upgraded and production capacity increased.

In 2005, the factory building was reconstructed and thanks to the installation of three Bucher presses, a 5-stage vacuum evaporator system and an ultrafiltration system, production capacity increased.

In 2006, a vacuum evaporator system and belt press were installed, increasing production capacity.

In 2007, construction was completed on an end product warehouse built to store 2,000 tons of apple juice concentrate. In addition, the company doubled its number of presses.

In 2008 four more new Bucher presses and an ultra-filtration system were installed. The finished products warehouse was expanded to accommodate 8,500 tons of apple juice concentrate. A fruit and berry puree production line was launched. The raw materials unloading dock was fully redesigned and upgraded while a new raw materials warehouse was built.

In 2009, construction on a new refrigeration facility for the end product warehouse was completed. A waste treatment system to transform waste into biofuel was introduced. The company now functions with a closed production cycle.

In 2010, development and implementation of a vertical integration strategy: the first orchards were planted while the construction of an NFC juice bottling factory and an end products warehouse has begun.
