The plant was built in 2007 with an initial capacity of processing 500 tons of apples a day.

In 2008 the plant’s production capacity has already doubled. A factory and boiler house were constructed and four Bucher presses, one vacuum evaporator system and an ultra-filtration system were installed. The end products warehouse was expanded to store up to 4,000 tons of concentrate.

In 2009, the plant’s warehouse was expanded to accommodate a total of 6,000 tons of end products, and a waste treatment system to transform waste into bio-fuel was introduced.

In 2010 production capacity was further increased after installing an additional vacuum evaporator system and two presses. In addition, the end products warehouse was expanded to store up to 10,000 tons of concentrate.
