The company quality control system complies with ISO 9001 standards.

Our production laboratory is equipped with modern devices and equipment for technochemical and microbiological researches. The most experienced and highly qualified specialists work here.

At the stage of row materials acceptance, only ripe undamaged fruits, the nitrates and pesticides residue of which doesn’t exceeds the allowable threshold, are admitted for processing.

The control over process flow sheet adherence envisages control over the parameters of juice pasteurization, filtration and boiling.

Naturally, the ready-made product is a subjected to the laboratory verification of its conformity to the acting normative documentation.

The microbiologist carefully monitors the sanitary state of production and juice storage. A constant control over the adherence to the product storage requirements is maintained.

Therefore, such multi-stage production control, which includes the control of the raw materials, semi-finished concentrate, and finished product, ensures the high quality of products.

The product quality greatly depends on the quality of water, which is used at the different stages of production process.  In our production, we use the water, which underwent four-stage purification (sand filter, ion-exchange resin, coal filter, reverse osmosis).
